RM 2.0 Fee for Paid Resources?

Would it be possible to charge a small fee, only for paid resources? Say... 3% or so?

Oof, that will be a long ways down the road, cannot afford triple digit prices for custom stuff. The reason I’d like something like that, so I can afford to pay for updates/etc.
