Fixed Featured resource displayed alongside an image from the gallery.

In the manager no photo is linked, if I upload a photo it then appears with the featured resource, then if I delete it the "anomaly" photo returns...
I featured another resource and no problem, works normally.
 
Even after hard deleting the image, it continues to display with the resource.

That's crazy !! I deleted the image from the attachments browser in ACP and so the resource no longer had an image linked to it. I reload the same image in its original discussion and HOP it reappears with the featured resource!

I removed the image from the thread once more, and it vanished from the featured resource. After re-uploading it under a different name, it reappeared alongside the resource! It seems there's a link between the thread and this resource... absolutely baffling.

Just an update : The bug appeared again on a new featured resource. The system chose a random image from the gallery, again from June 30, I don't know if it's a coincidence or a clue.
 
If there is no explicit feature image, it will be pulled from embedded images or attachments in the resource description if present. I haven't reproduced any anomalies with this so far, but if it happens again let me know.

I just reproduce this, and it happens again.
What's crazy is that the photo that currently links to the resource is the same as last time even though I deleted it and then re-uploaded it 1 week later!! As you can see the second link (to images) gives a "Oups... etc..." the new link to the image from the gallery is https://permaforo.net/galerie/culture-de-pommes-de-terre-dans-un-pneu.83/ can't understand why this resource wants exclusively this image whatever the link to it is.

Currently still true.
 
Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future XFRM release (2.3.1).
