Facebook, Twitter etc. page not found - defined in structure data???

I can see that a lot of competing websites have their Social Profiles associated with their website. However, running a test with WOORANK it shows that our forum has no Facebook, Twitter or Linkedin page associated, we have all 3 - How can I get this done?

We couldn't find a Facebook page for XXXXX.com defined in your structured data.
