you just need to add the bbcode only once per thread...

i actually developed this add-on in mind that only the admin/mod will choose if the thread is good enough for 'likes'... You can tweak the coding if you want to show the popup in ALL the pages...

scratch that... yes it's possible with a custom code. PM me with the url you need your users to like...
