Facebook imaging help

I cannot figure out how to change the images on Facebook, FB is puling a square inage and puts it onto a rectangular spot. Any thoguhts on how we can fix this?

facebook will try to pull the first image from the post, and if it doesn't fit the size requirements, it will then default to your avatar, if that doesn't fit it will use the forums logo.
