Maybe it's by design, but admins can't edit a user's ignore or follow list.
Sometimes you have a couple of members claiming to be ignoring the other, but not really implementing it very well.
It would be nice in the admin area to be able to edit a user and FORCE them to ignore another user
It would be even better if an admin could force a user to be ignored by another user, and prevent the user from removing that member from their list, but that's probably a little bit too extreme.
I'd settle to extend the admin options to be able to edit the user's ignore or follow list of user names.
