Expanding help

I'm noticing I'm creating a few help topics with a common theme across multiple forums. These as you would expect are being created in a help and advice forum. But my thinking is that there is already a help in the main navigation. Why don't I use that?

So please could you point me to some documentation or explain how I go about expanding this area to cover FAQ's I get from my members?
