Errors in Google Search Console

I have many errors in Google Search Console of different categories and I would like to ask your opinion and if the same thing happens to you:

1- The first error I have in GSC is Redirects:

Each comment left in a thread generates a url. How do you deal with this topic in your forum?

Also these types of redirects:

2- The second error I have in GSC are 4xx errors:I don't know what they are or how to fix it.

3- The third is 403 errors (access not allowed)

4- The fourth error is: “Duplicate: the user has not indicated any canonical version”

5- The fifth error is Soft 404:

I don't know what I should do, nor do I know if there is anything to worry about. If any of you can guide me I would appreciate it.

You can't easily fix that yourself (without loosing fuctionality), just ignore that for now.

We nofollow the links and noindex the pages. Google doesn't listen or care. There's not a whole lot more that we can do out of the box, but blocking the pages via robots.txt should help.

This does not really help:
If crawling is blocked via robots.txt Google still indexes those pages without crawling even though the links are nofollow.

What could help:
Don't use links for live switching; either omit href in this case or do not use <a> at all.
Live switching is done via JS exclusively, so those links are not required...
