I have this same problem in my ACP while trying to upgrade from 2.2.10  to 2.2.13 by using the ACP method of upgrading.

My site and ACP aren't reachable and only displays: "The site is currently being upgraded. Please check back later"

I'm wondering what the fix was, should I try and go back in my browser? I'm at /forums/install/index.php?upgrade/run-job

Kind of freaking out right now as I can't change anything...
