XF 1.5 Error message

I'm getting the following error message when going into tools and then rebuild caches. We have not done any changes at all anywhere.
Could you give any advice how to solve the error please.

The following error occurred:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /xxxxxx/xxxxxx/admin.php on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Other than file permissions or .htaccess I am not sure what would cause that.

So is it just when you rebuild things/use the ACP or does this error come up other places too?

It's typically related to mod security or some other similar mechanism on the server.

Your host should be able to resolve it by whitelisting the offending rule.

I have turned off the HTML5 uploader and all is back working.

Is this true for xenforo 2.1 also? I getting the 403 error when I try to rebuild caches.
