Can anyone tell me what this means and how to fix it?

Is there an easy way for you to tell me how to do this? I logged into cpanel and located phpmyadmin and don't know what to do. I've looked and can't seem to find out how.

Go into phpMyAdmin
Select the DB for your site
Browse down the table listing until you see xf_session
On that table listing line you should see similar to this
Screen-Shot-2017-01-09-at-3.53.21-AM.webp
select the empty (outlined) and it should work.
