XF 1.4 Enforce avatar during registration

Dear Support & Community,

does Xenforo include an option to enforce the Avatar-Upload during registration? Only G+ and Facebook Accounts are displaying their avatar by default. Couldn't find so far an option and no Plugin regarding the standard register forms. How to realize that?
