Embed parts of XenForo 2.0 into custom php file?

Good afternoon!

I am trying to embed the header of my XenForo installed into a custom php page that I created, essentially this would allow the user to be logged in while viewing the page as well as me being able to use XenForo functions.

This resource https://xenforo.com/community/resources/kotomi-generic-script-bridge.122/ does exactly what I intended to do but it lacks support for XenForo 2, any suggestions?

I did something like this with my old phpBB board but it was open source. However, Xenforo is proprietary software...is this something that's allowed by the license?

You can create a page and insert a php callback there. Otherwise, you can create a whole page_container yourself and embed your script this way. The first one is easier, though.

That's exactly what I did @yoloswaggerino, the issue is that I couldn't get half of the web page to look the way it was supposed to, I dropped it.

I'll be waiting for something similar to Kotmoi Generic Script Bridge to pop up unless there is a different way !
