some reason users when signing up can't recieve email confirmation email after sign up, i tried one of the post with google that didnt work.

Is it being flagged as spam? If so then this will help:

If no emails are getting out at all then you need to setup a mail server:

Admin CP -> Home -> Options -> Email Options -> Email Transport Method

i did exact that didnt work so im not paying google

It's probably a host problem with dovecot.

make a email on your website log in try and send a email out to another email of yours.
If you dont get it, contact your webhost.
