Email templates

Bumping this. We now have the ability to modify email templates. However, there is no way to easily assign one to the bulk email users (was this forgotten?) option. It'd be nice to have a third option for Email Format (Plain text, HTML, and Email Template). Which would then use the email template that you select, instead of having to copy and paste HTML all of the time.

Are we talking about using the same email templates that are used for user email confirmation emails and whatnot for mass-mails?
