Email Starts New Thread?

One of my clients is looking for a way to be able to send an email and have that email imported into a Xenforo forum, so that when there are issues with their system ot sends an email out which is imported so that their tech support people can read in the forum about the issue to better assist others.

Anyone know of anything like this?

You could do this with zapier

email to RSS feed and have XenForo use that RSS feed

I have an addon in development which will allow you to have inbound email create a new thread - however, it will be a paid addon, it will be specific to SparkPost (uses their inbound email API) and will require a paid SparkPost account.

Let me know if this is of interest to you - the addon won't be ready for release for quite some time yet.
