Hey guys,
Apologies if this has already been covered. I've tried search but anything using the keyword(s) email, means having to trawl through a million results.
Each week I host group calls with my members, and many of them simply forget the calls are on.
Id like to have a button or something somewhere where I could send a reminder to let them know the calls about to start. I do know there's an "send email" tool in the backend but this feels a bit clunky to me. I don't always remember to log in every week and actually do it. I do know there's also a Cron Job feature which might be an option, but sometimes the weekly call isnt on.
Ideally I'd just like the email to say, "Hey the group call is about to start, join us here <link>"
Suggestions?
