XF 2.1 Email notification

Hi guise, I have a user that continue to receive EMAIL notification about threads updates messages etc...
But his preference is set up as you can see above, all the email notification are disabled.
Why he continue to receive email?

The member will also need to unsubscribe from any watched content.

For example: https://xenforo.com/community/watched/threads

and what about the auto subscribe function? it will do the subscription in future thread that he partecipate... have he to remove the autosubscription?
