XF 1.3 Email notification sends to notfound.org

I had a member today email me that he received a notification regarding a watched thread. When he clicked on the link he was directed to notfound(dot)org.

For example, this morning I had a notification about activity on the 'last letter is first letter' game. The actual URL the 'view this thread' button takes you to, is:

http://unified4change.com/index.php?threads/last-letter-is-first-letter-game.14695/unread

What can be causing this and what should I look into?
