XF 2.0 Email confirmation not working?

Hey

A lot of my users have said they have not had an email confirmation when registering for my new forum.

They have checked spam folders etc not nothing.

Any known issues?

Ate you using server email or third party email

Setup > Options > Email Options

You can also go to Tools > Test Outbound Email to run a diagnostic

I am using the default settings

Hmm is it ok ly related to hotmail it might be blocking your server

Hotmail/Outlook/Live has a history of blocking emails from IP's/Domains that do not have a reputation built up.
There is a process to get your server IP listed with them so that deliverability increases.

This is not a limit/problem with XenForo but a server administration aspect.
