Fixed Editor sub-menu shows extra empty line/row

Hello,

As stated in the title, when clicking to viewing the sub-menu options it show extra empty line/row which looking odd as show in below picture:

Change log:

Improve more toolbar width calculation to prevent a blank line in the more toolbar.
