I've added a little CSS hack:

[CODE=css].fr-dropdown-menu, .fr-popup

{

    top: initial !important;

    bottom: 32px !important;

}

.fr-popup .fr-arrow

{

    display: none;

}[/CODE]

This will position the Dropdowns on top of the editor toolbar.
