Closed editor bbcode scroll bars will break

hello, here is one i just noticed....

we have some variety of bbcode so, i was unable to see how to avoid a little scroll bar action.

the bug, which we verified on default style at least, is:

1. click a dropdown menu with scrollbars
2. click a different one
3. click back the first one = scrollbar missing now
