Editing template scroll bars very narrow

When editing a template, the scroll bars are very narrow.

I think this is deliberate, as the result of some minor adjustments to our CodeMirror styling.

I don't know why it would be make more narrow as it makes using the template editor more difficult. Please make it wider if you can.
