XF 2.0 Editing some titles and button text

Hello,
I would like to edit the following title and button text as circled in my image attached.
Would anyone know how to go about doing this?

you can edit those text from appearance >> phrase search post_thread. and that left site it's title of forum

For anyone wondering, to change "Forum List" to something else it is under appearance > phrase > forum_list

well as i already mentioned that the Forum title. so if you want to change you can go in basic board option and change it. or if you want to make it different then go in template, search forum_list and the change the first line

<xf:h1>{$xf.options.boardTitle}</xf:h1>
to
<xf:h1>My Custom Title</xf:h1>
