Do you mean disable the option?

If so it's at admin.php?options/groups/usersAndRegistration/

but where I can see all users that registered and still didn't confirmed their email address?

@hellboy78 , from the acp > Search for users > Select the user state "Awaiting email confirmation" and you will get the whole list of those users.

XenForo does not purge unconfirmed users from the system by itself.
