Easy way to remove spam accounts enmass?

I see there are several users registered on my forum of 50,000 people. I'm guessing 10-15% of them are spam accounts that have no posts but instead edit things in their signature (links etc) for more google hits.

Is there a way to prune all accounts with no posts?

yah I did see that - it's out of date and I'm afraid it may not work for 1.1.2

Usually doesn't hurt to try it anyway. Ignoring a couple of special cases, worst case scenario it doesn't work so you uninstall it

Looking at the cron file I can't see that happening with this. It won't affect anyone with a post count greater than zero. Worst case scenario, it just won't work
