While this is true, you can also add DKIM signatures at the PHP level if you don't have access / ability to configure your MTA. Yes, you should always add your DKIM signature at the MTA level if at all possible, but if it isn't possible, adding it to your PHP software is a good alternative and works just as well. @rebelde this is a good idea.
Ha! If only I had the skill and eloquence of @digitalpoint, Kier might have responded to me here like he did to digitalpoint's suggestion in February.

To be fair, DKIM is a lot easier to implement now than it was 6 years ago. Mail classes generally didn't have it included until recently.

That's because XF is focused on hosting s* rather than the forum software itself. More money less development.
