I need to send a mass email to most of my users. I have the username list generated but I'm wondering if I just paste it into the username field without the commas, will it still work? There's too many names to manually insert the commas.

Are you using the email function from the ACP or something else?

If from the ACP you don't need to do any copy and pasting.

Then you don't need to copy and paste.

Compose the email, select the criteria using the fields available and send the email.

I can't see how that will work. The list is comprised of specific members from across every user group except guest. That being the case, how can this be done from the ACP? ?

In which case you will have to come up with a different solution.

I suggest using an external application if you're not going to utilise the criteria.

It isn't that I don't want to use the criteria; the criteria doesn't exist.
