XF 1.3 Duplicate entry error

I did a google of this error like i do all the errors i receive before posting but i couldnt find anything on this issue any help please

It looks to be an issue with an add-on.

The first step would be to disable all add-ons and re-enable them one at a time until the problem reoccurs, to determine which one is the cause.
