So on some forum software I used at one time, you could simply drag an image into the post field (where I'm typing now) and it would add it to your post, taking care of the linking. I tried to see if this forum could do that and after trying, and thinking I did it, I'm left with an odd bug, I think.
The forum does seem to add the .gif but next to it, you get a still of the first frame I think. Then, when you delete the gif, the frame persists. I just tried it on this post and it does the same thing. If I hit preview, the image goes away but cancelling out of preview, it's still there.
Not a big deal obviously but just thought I'd bring it to attention since dragging a picture into the field and it working like that would be a neat feature.
As always, if I got something wrong here, sorry new user and likely idiot.
