XF 1.2 Double Copyright

I have just upgraded 1.2.2. and now I have my copyright info duplicated in the footer.

How do I clear on of them?

Although part of your header logo is being blocked.

Thank you for the responses. It was the skin I was using at the time.
Thanks for letting me know about the logo. I have adjusted it and all should be fine now.
