Don't Know bug or not - mail not sent to outlook.com

On Beta 3 & 4, many users with outlook mail complaint that, they wont receive activation mail or any mail from my forum.

I manually validated registration for all of them.

To verify it, i registered with outlook.com mail and i did not got verification mail.

Further i checked the blacklisting of my domain at many sites, It is clean at all location and no one had blacklisted it.

I use to send mail through php default script (not set any smtp account)


I would like to know is it a bug or something else is causing problem.

Any help from you will make me happy and stress free.

They aren't being send in older version as well.

We had this problem (only noticed it when getting our mods to register in our beta site).

A couple of weeks ago MS changed their spam policy and a lot of emails now get rejected due to spam. There’s an online form where you can report it and that seemed to work for us.

i am using php mail and there is no record shown for bounced emails, where should i find them.

Our hosts (NimbusHosting) sorted it all out for us but you should be able to fill those values in yourself, assuming you have access to logs, etc.

i did checking they replied me to check my domain for blacklisted at www.spamhaus.org/lookup
if its blacklisted then i have to resolve it at their and then issue get solve.

When i check it says is not listed in the DBL

Please advice what should i do, it is not blacklisted at there and at other sites too.

Microsoft only says if its blacklisted there then mail will be filtered and not sent but my domain is not blacklisted still user wont receive emails
