Donation Manager [Paid] [Deleted]

Hey guys, I'm using the bd widget framework with this and the donation manager sidebar add-on and I'm trying to streamline the look of the donations widget a little bit, it's far too obtrusive at the moment. Currently it looks like this, and I'd like to make it look something like this. Does anyone know the CSS I can use to achieve this?
 
Yup is developer reachable by any way?
There is a bug as well with the criteria of amount donated, won't recognize old donations now archived.
 
Any support what so ever on this. Purchased Yesterday and have sent emails to the support listed on site, PC's, ....nothing.

Tried everything I can think of and can't get sidebar to show. It will show those who have donated and top donors but won't show the actual donate box in the sidebar. All permissions are set correctly. Widget installed. I have disabled all mods, still nothing so no add-on conflict.

Suggestions?

Not a theme issue either as I have already looked into that. Won't show on default either.

Quite honestly, I'd file a chargeback with my credit card or Paypal. This looks like a dead end for most of us and I wouldn't want to get started down the road at this point.
 
What a shame. This add-on does exactly what I need it to with the style that I'm looking for. I have Snog's for account upgrades but need single donations enabled as well.

Guess I will give him until Monday morning to reply to support and then file a charge back. I hate that.
 
@SilentGround I'd probably be willing to take a look at it for you. I kinda feel bad. Robbo wanted to hire me and I turned him down due to my experience level and the workflow he is switching to. But he really doesn't have the help he needs at the moment.

I dunno what he is up to. His time between his initial PM to me and the follow up was several weeks. Then he was gone again.

Silents issue shouldn't be too hard to figure out and I might even be able to look into the other reported issue regarding criteria.

Personally when I get time I'm extending this for TBG to support net versus gross. The IPN callback stores that but then drops it for processed donations.
 
Just a copy and paste because I have been up many hours and now I can sleep without thinking about this lol.

Sent @rainmotorsports a pc in regards to him offering to help. Said he was on his way home and would look at it but he asked a question about setting a goal. I knew I had but just out of sheer curiosity at this point I wanted to double check.

Here's my reply and hopefully it might help others.

Yup we do have a goal set up but now you have me thinking, did I save it. Going to double check.

OMG, all these people looking into this all day long. Yes I had a goal set up but when I went to double check I saw a featured check box. Checked it and the sidebar popped right in.

Thank you so much. I don't mind spending money on a well written mod, even $50 bux if it does what it's suppose to do so I'm glad this is working and I could avoid having to do a charge back simply due to no support.

I appreciate your offer to help and even more for figuring it out simply by pointing me in the right direction. Got to love those little overlooked details.

Featured. Now there's a keyword that should be stressed in the installation instructions lol.

This is the only decent Donation Manager around, that instead of be a copy/paste of vBulletin addons, it's actually integrated on Xenforo itself features (like the criteria, something addon creators usually ignore).

So this addon can't die!

Still this would not break much over time, someone people could attempt fixes when a new XF version breaks it :p

Thanks for this, you just saved me from wasting money/time.

Very disappointing to hear, hopefully another developer can reproduce.
