Does Xenforo maintain a whitelist or cause an incident in the apache firewall

I have been locked out of my own forums coz of the error.

csf.deny: xx.xx123.12 # lfd: (mod_security) mod_security triggered by xx.xx123.12 (IN/India/-): 5 in the last 300 secs - Sat Jun 16 23:45:38 2012

When I searched for a solution, there are issues with Wordpress so I thought that maybe xenforo has this sort of incident reporting too..
so maybe Xenforo has a whitelist.conf file or something like that !!
coz it is frustrating for me to be out of my own forum :(

here are the errors being discussed.

Yes, I had to ask to flush the ip pool from the firewall..
but this has happened to me twice.. so I posted here coz both times on different hosts and the common thing was Xenforo..
Thanks for your time :D
That is an overly restrictive mod_security rule on your server. You need to contact your host or server person to relax that rule.
