Before I make the mistake to install something on my finally working forum, I would like to know if someone knows if this plugin works with V1,5,8 https://*******.com/resources/forced-password-change.75/

Can this site and developer be trusted? or do you know a better plugin that do the same?

The link doesn't work, you haven't said who the developer is. I also think you are asking in the wrong forum, as this is generally for questions about xenforo, not non-xenforo addons
