XF 2.0 Does CLI offer a quicker/better upgrade compared to web-based one

I just received SSH access to my shared hosting. Hence, I think I have the option to perform XF1->XF2 upgrade via CLI as well apart from regular web-based one.

So, my question is, is there any pros/cons of CLI over web-based upgrade for a small sized forum (20K posts, 2K members, 2K threads)?

For a board of your size, nope, the CLI upgrade just allows for larger boards to run any updates that may time out otherwise, eg, large table alters etc.
