Hi,

I would like a function where attached files are not linked if a user would not have permission to download it.

I'd like this because as it is now, it raises tons of 403 errors in the webmaster tools and SEOs say that HTTP errors are bad for ranking. Plus it kinda spams the WMT so you cannot see really important things.
