Edit: If you are a new to the app store, it is not recommended to use DIY. Use Turn-key instead, will also save you from having to buy a Mac if you don't have one (required by Apple to publish the iPhone/iPad version).

Presently, the native features the app includes are push alerts, url sharing, global quick posting (start a thread from anywhere), forum quick posting (from the thread list/inside a forum), quick replies (from inside threads), quick conversations, quick logins, and this list is constantly growing.
