Displaying forum descriptiond?

Instead of the tooltip, have it under the forum names I mean.

Admin Panel » Appearance » Style Properties » [Select your Style] » Forum List

Uncheck the "Enable Forum Descriptions Tooltips" option.

It is a per style setting.
