XF 2.1 Display condition

What is the Display condition for guests and awaiting approval ? Currently I have this "!$xf.visitor.user_id" in the "Display condition" for a widget but it seems to only show for guests and noticed that it doesn't show for awaiting approval users which ideally would like to display for them as well. Is this possible? If so, how?

For those who are looking for the same: !$xf.visitor.user_id OR $xf.visitor.isAwaitingEmailConfirmation()
Adding OR did the job.
