As designed Disabling Online Status

I've disabled my online status but i still appear on "Members Online Now" on xf.com forum home.
Is it a bug?

I am unable to reproduce this.

Note that you will still see yourself if logged in.

You can see yourself online, as well as anyone who has the bypass privacy setting. However, no one else will see you. (Your name is styled differently)
