Features:

By default this add-on will disable tagging to all. However if you would like to allow certain user groups to be able to use the tagging feature, you can override the add-on using permissions.

1. Download disabletagging_v1.0.zip and unzip it.
2. From your Admin Control Panel, go to the "Install Add-on" page....
