Disable Safari Reader Mode

I would like to stop Safari's Reader Mode from happening on anywhere on my Xenforo site, it is confusing to my members.

Read somewhere that disabling RSS will do this. Tried it yesterday using a cool addon, but it is still happening a day later.

Is there something I'm missing?

Whether or not reader mode is available for a given page is based on heuristics of the page markup. I'm not aware of any simple way to prevent it from being available. It's generally helpful for users experiencing accessibility issues, and users must explicitly choose to view a page in reader mode anyway (unless they've toggled their preference to automatically enable it for every page).

If a member has automatically enabled it for every page by mistake, there should be a toggle in Safari settings to switch that off. Otherwise I think it should only be triggered by deliberate action on the user's part.
