RM 1.1 Disable rate function

Is it possible to disable the rating function in RM somehow?

Remove the Rate resources permission.

Yeah, i did that for all user groups, but the "0 votes" are still shown at resource index page for each resource.

You can edit the template to remove that element, or use CSS to hide it.
