Ribbon Usergroups re-visited

It's not what i'd call the greatest alteration but I've always been fond of the Usergroup Ribbons by Jaxel but I took a different approach which now uses an image, a double lip. (top/bottom).

It's mainly now photoshop editing eliminating 90% of css and some html with the advantages now that the curvatures will work in older browsers.

I don't know if I'd call that effective, I actually find that pretty annoying, in general things that stay static on the screen like that just break design in my eyes.

Re-thinking the Profile Tabs and going for navigation buttons.

Issues I personally have with tabs using too much padding-right, padding-left. Alternative, decreasing that utilizing space and cosmetically going for something different whilst still remaining practical.
