XF 2.3 Direct link to each members groups

Hi,
Is it possible to somehow make a direct link for each individual degree I have?
For example, I have the rank "Founder" and I want a custom link for that rank so that when someone clicks on that link, they see all members with the rank of "Founder".

Something like the ones at IPS/phpBB have.
