XF 1.2 Different heights for Navigation and sub-links bars

I see the option for adjusting navigation tab height in Style Properties >Header and Navigation > Settings, but when I adjust the hiehg tit affects both the navigation bar and the sublinks bar. I want to make my sublinks bar shorter, so how do I differentiate this?

Working on this myself if anybody already has code for this it would be greatly appreciated!
