Developers: what do you use for suggestion/bug/roadmap tracking?

With so many addon developers active on the xenforo platform, I find it hard to believe that there still is no software to manage suggestion & bug tracking.
It's possible to use prefixes to categorize suggestions and bugs somewhat. But that is very limited.
It doesn't allow you to have a field for which version a bug was found in, what browser, category of the bug/suggestion, fix/implemented version. There is no way to display what your road map is.

So what solution do you use?

Yes, threads work as long as there are only a few bugs and suggestions. But for larger projects or multiple larger projects this approach becomes problematic. Overview is lost. Related bugs / suggestions can stay under the radar. Its hard to show what features are coming up next release and the release after that.

I know that one reason why vaultwiki.org is still on vbulletin is that @pegasus has not found a replacement for vb project tools yet. Imagine how you would put a project like this in threads: https://www.vaultwiki.org/support/
See the bug entry details: https://www.vaultwiki.org/issues/4079/

We have a couple of tools we use. All of our clients use our client system to report issues they are having with our products and then we have our forums of course for feature requests. Some also get placed on the forums here, but we are trying to redirect those to our forum so we don't have two places to monitor.

For internal road mapping we use Visual Studio Online.
