Does not redirect after Deleted user, This still stand by in Confirm action popup after deleted.

Then update to 2.0.6b and check. version 2.0.6b have ability When deleting a user, give an option to change their name.

Yer, after deletion of an account I get the following, as the URL remains on the users page. Latest XF version as of posting this.
